Please note that as a Costco Next partner, all returns must be initiated through our dedicated support portal to ensure proper credit to your account.

Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your Costco membership number and order ID to submit a formal return or exchange request.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble and pack the furniture in its original boxes with all protective padding, hardware, and assembly instructions included.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, our specialized freight team will contact you to schedule a convenient window for curbside collection of your items.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5-7 business days.
